Tired of Leather Belts That Tear?
Do you often have belts tear, or peel, or stretch, especially at the holes? This unfortunately happens frequently to belts sold as "Genuine Leather Belts", and the reason for this is that "Genuine Leather" as a term was made fairly useless when it was allowed that companies could legally advertise products containing processed leather as "Genuine Leather" or "Real Leather".
Processed leather can be anything from the top grain removed from the strap and the remaining piece of leather covered in vinyl (you get the peeling problem), or when leather scraps were milled together into a sort of leather flour, glued together and stamped with top grain resembling texture (you get ripping and tearing).
For a belt to be strong and reliable, the leather used should have its original structure intact, including the top grain. This is the leather we use to make our belts. If you are looking for a strong casual leather belt, check some of our jeans belts below.
A basic black belt with single prong buckle, this belt comes with fine finish on both the front and the back, so it is a little stiffer that belt that have raw insides, but this also makes it super strong, almost unbreakable. A soft and comfortable leather belt for jeans. Made of full grain leather, this strap has unfinished edges and inside, so it is very soft, while still remaining strong and reliable. Over time you may see the edges polish and darken because of rubbing against clothes and contact with sweat. This blue jeans belt comes with a single prong antique silver buckle. The hardware is solid and won't get rust.
If you are looking for a casual jeans leather belt with a raw design feel, this one is very suitable. The double stitching and vertical cuts going around the whole length of the leather strap make it a strong good-looking leather belt. Made of full grain Italian leather, the edges and inner side of the strap are unfinished, which makes it look more badass. This one is definitely more suitable for jeans than khakis. A cool black belt.
