SHIPPING

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Products are shipped 3-4 days after the order is placed, and take 1-2 weeks for US and 2-4 weeks for Rest of the World to arrive after shipment.
While most orders get delivered within this time-frame, some orders may take longer due to Customs or shipping carrier processing delays. Such delays are beyond our control in both frequency and length of time.

Some countries charge duties and other fees (European countries in particular), and may ask you to pay these fees upon delivery. The prices listed on our website do not include such fees, as they vary in each country.

Each country has different rules and fees, please check with your local customs to get an estimate of how much the duties will be, if any.

Absolutely. All orders are shipped with a tracking service. We do not use any methods without tracking.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Yes. Your security is very very important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits from Comodo SSL to protect your data on our website. All credit card payments are processed by Stripe, which means that your card details never pass through or are stored at our servers.

Simply click on a product you like and is available in your size and add to cart.
Then just follow the one page checkout process and you will be all set. You can order as a guest, create an account, or log-in via social media, whichever one you like.

Please relax. If there is some issue, first check if you have filled all required fields correctly.
If it still does not work, it may be a system issue (we do our best to provide a glitch-free shopping system, but occasionally our programmers make mistakes too, they are human too).
Simply contact us via the contact button, or send an email to [email protected] with your issue, we will have a look and try to help you asap (generally we will respond within 12 hours).

You have two hours from when you purchased to quickly email [email protected] with your order number and the changes you need to make. We can modify the shipping address or item size this way.

If you placed the orders within a few hours of one another we may be able to do that. Please contact us with your orders' numbers to [email protected] and we will check if we can do that.

You have two hours to cancel your order after you payment has been processed. So if you need to cancel, hurry up! After your order has been prepared, packed, and shipped, we cannot cancel it. You can still return it, if you don't want it, but the refund will only be processed once the item gets back to us.

Please use the tracking link provided in the Shipping Update e-mail. If you have an account the link is also available in your order information.
All shipments can be tracked with our fulfilment company on ec-firstclass.org.
If the tracking is not available with your local carrier, this is because the package has not yet reached the destination country.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us within 4 days after purchase, please check in your SPAM folder. If you can't find our e-mails even there, you can reach us at [email protected] or via Facebook or Instagram.

We are sad if you don't love the products, but you can return the items within 14 days after receipt. Simply send us a return request here: https://laticci.com/index.php?route=account/return/add and we will provide you the return instruction. We currently accept returns in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, and China. If you item arrives more than 30 days after you submit the return request, your return request will not be processed.

Well, this is embarrassing! We really try and check the quality of each and every item before we ship, but sometimes mistakes happen. Email us to [email protected] with pictures of the defects.
If after evaluation we determine that the item is different from what was advertised, you can ship it back to us (at our expense).
